Accommodation
Rooms have been reserved at the Westin Calgary, 320 4th Avenue S.W., in downtown Calgary. Reservations can be made directly with the hotel to take advantage of the special rates negotiated for the Conference. Please make sure to mention IHHA 2011.
Reservations should be made no later than May 17, 2011 to take advantage of the special rates negotiated for the Conference. After that date, the Conference room blocks will be released and hotel may charge higher rates.
Conference participants are encouraged to stay in the Conference hotel (The Westin Calgary) since it will greatly facilitate your participation in the various Conference events and help defray the cost of Conference meeting rooms to IHHA 2011 and hence Conference registration costs.
