The Welcome Reception will take place on Sunday, June 19 from 18:00 – 20:30 at the Fairmont Palliser in Calgary, which is at a walking distance from the Westin Hotel. The event will be held in the Crystal Ballroom and in the Canadian Pacific Pavilion where it will be possible to visit vintage trains.
The Welcome Reception is included in the registration fees.
