Accompanying Persons' Program

The Accompanying Persons’ Program package will include the following:

The Conference Welcome Reception on Sunday, June 19, from 18:00 to 20:00
at the CP Pavilion
One Tote Bag
A meeting room will be available for registered accompanying persons where refreshments will be available every morning from 07:30 to 09:00.
The Banquet at Heritage Park, on Tuesday, June 21

The cost of the Accompanying Persons' Program package is $150.00 CAD . Registration should be made at the same time as registering for the Conference.

NOTE: As of April 7, 2011, the banquet at Heritage Park is now SOLD OUT and is not included in new registrations. Consequently, the cost of the Accompanying Persons' Program package has been reduced to $50.00 CAD.
