Conference Publications
The Final Program and Book of Abstracts with Proceedings on CD-ROM will be available upon arrival at the Conference.
Letter of Invitation
The Conference will be pleased to send an official letter of invitation to any scientist making such a request. It is understood that such an invitation is intended to help potential attendees obtain travel funds or a visa. The letter does not constitute any financial commitment on the part of the Conference.
Name Badges
Conference registrants are required to wear their name badge in order to gain entry to the technical sessions, the exhibition and social activities.
Official Language
The official language of the Technical Program is English. There will be no simultaneous translation during the Conference. Support services will be available in both English and French.
Meals and Refreshments
Lunches will be served each day in Britannia/Belaire Rooms. For coffee breaks, refreshments will be served in the exhibit area.
Urgent Messages
During the Conference, it is possible to leave urgent messages during Registration Desk hours by calling the Westin Hotel (403) 266-1611 and at other times at the hotel where the participant is staying.
